These projects brings together water utilities and technology companies. Looking at the agenda I can see a number of possible interesting presentations:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Water Distribution Dynamic pressure control<\/strong>\u00a0by <a title=\"Stream Control\" href=\"http:\/\/www.stream-control.com\/\">Stream Control<\/a>.\u00a0Their product,\u00a0<a title=\"Aqua Guard\" href=\"http:\/\/www.stream-control.com\/oursolution.html\">Aqua-Guard controller<\/a>, is aimed to &#8220;dynamically adjusts the pressure applied to the network in accordance with actual demand for water&#8221;.\u00a0The company will present their\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.stream-control.com\/clientstory.html\">case study<\/a>\u00a0with the\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.hagihon.co.il\/?nodeId=13\">Hagihon<\/a>\u00a0(Jerusalem&#8217;s water utility) which, for some years now, provides a\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/israelnewtech.com\/2014\/01\/hagihon-provides-platform-israeli-water-technology-innovations\/\">platform for Israeli\u00a0water technology innovations<\/a>. According to the company, over a period of 18 months, Aqua Guard reduced the leakage by 30% (no absolute figures were given yet) with a ROI of 6 months.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Xo19IJLluGs\" height=\"315\" width=\"560\" allowfullscreen=\"\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Emergency water distribution<\/strong> by <a title=\"EZPack\" href=\"http:\/\/www.ezpackwater.com\/en\/default.asp\">EZ Pack<\/a>\u00a0with the <a title=\"The Tanur Water and Sewage Corporation\" href=\"http:\/\/www.hatanur.co.il\/index.php?option=com_content&amp;view=article&amp;id=100&amp;Itemid=86\">Tanur Water and Sewage Corporation<\/a>. EZPack&#8217;s products are flexible and portable water storage systems ranging from 50 liters (~13 gallons) up to 20,000 liters (~5,000 gallons). Just earlier this month we saw the need for such systems with the <a title=\"2014 Elk River chemical spill\" href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/2014_Elk_River_chemical_spill\">Elk River chemical spill<\/a> in\u00a0West Virginia. Just look at the images of people at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=west+virginia+water+filling&amp;newwindow=1&amp;safe=off&amp;source=lnms&amp;tbm=isch\">water filling stations<\/a>.
